• Device & technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs
• Location data — general location based on IP or the address you provide when searching

2How we use your information

We use your information to operate and improve Host Wingman, including to:

• Create and manage your account
• Match hosts with nearby service providers
• Process payments and manage billing
• Facilitate communication between hosts and providers
• Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, payment receipts, account alerts)
• Send marketing and promotional messages you have consented to receive
• Detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse
• Improve platform features and comply with legal obligations

3Messages & communications

By creating an account on Host Wingman, you agree that Enhance Services, LLC may contact you via email and SMS/text message for the following purposes:

• Account verification and security alerts
• Notifications about new inquiries or messages from other users
• Booking-related updates and confirmations
• Payment receipts and billing notifications
• Platform announcements and service updates
• Promotional offers and marketing communications (with your consent)

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional or account-related communications.

4Payments & financial data

Host Wingman processes payments directly on the platform. When you make or receive a payment, we collect and process your billing information through our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers — all payment data is handled using industry-standard encryption and tokenization.

Your financial data is shared with our payment processor solely to complete transactions. We retain transaction records as required by applicable law and for dispute resolution purposes.

5Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

• With other users — provider profile information is visible to browsing hosts; your contact details are only shared when you initiate direct contact
• With payment processors — billing and transaction data necessary to complete payments
• With service vendors — third parties who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery) under strict data processing agreements
• For legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

6Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Payment and transaction records may be retained longer as required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.
