1Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Host Wingman platform at hostwingman.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enhance Services, LLC ("Enhance Services," "Host Wingman," "we," "us," or "our").

2Platform description

Host Wingman is an online marketplace that enables short-term rental (STR) hosts ("Hosts") to discover and connect with local service providers ("Providers") offering STR-related services including turnover cleaning, property maintenance, and other services added over time.

3Accounts & eligibility

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. By doing so, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a legal resident of the United States
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and not share them
• You will promptly update your account information if it changes

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Host Wingman reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4Hosts

As a Host using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
• Communicate respectfully with service providers
• Honor agreements you make with providers regarding pricing and scheduling
• Complete payments through the Platform when required
• Leave honest and accurate reviews based on your genuine experience
• Not solicit providers to conduct business outside the Platform to circumvent fees or policies

5Service providers

As a Provider listed on the Platform, you represent and agree that:

• You have the legal right to offer the services listed in your profile
• Your listing information is accurate, current, and not misleading
• You hold any required licenses, insurance, or certifications for the services you offer
• You are an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, or partner of Host Wingman
• You are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of your services
• You will not solicit hosts to conduct business outside the Platform to circumvent fees or policies
• You will respond to host inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Host Wingman reserves the right to remove any listing that does not comply with these Terms or our community standards.

6Messages & communications

By creating an account on Host Wingman, you agree to receive communications from Enhance Services, LLC via email and SMS/text message, including:

• Account verification and security notifications
• Alerts about new messages or inquiries from other users
• Booking and payment confirmations
• Platform updates and service announcements
• Marketing and promotional messages (with your consent)

You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email. You cannot opt out of critical account, security, or payment notifications while your account is active.

All messages between Hosts and Providers sent through the Platform's messaging system are subject to review by Host Wingman for safety, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

7Payments & refunds

Host Wingman processes payments directly on the platform. By making or receiving a payment through the Platform, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor using industry-standard security
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date
• Hosts authorize payment at the time of booking or as otherwise indicated at checkout
• Providers will receive payment as outlined in their service agreement with the host, subject to any platform fees or processing timelines
• Host Wingman may charge platform fees for facilitating transactions, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase

Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you have a dispute regarding a payment or a service, contact us at hostwingman@gmail.com or (512) 981-5669 within 7 days of the transaction. Host Wingman is not obligated to issue refunds for completed services but will work in good faith to resolve disputes.

8Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the Platform
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial solicitations
• Manipulate or fabricate reviews or ratings
• Attempt to process fraudulent payments or abuse refund policies

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where applicable, legal action.

9Reviews & content

Users may submit reviews, photos, and other content ("User Content") to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant Enhance Services, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.

You agree that all User Content will be honest, accurate, and based on your genuine experience. Host Wingman reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful or objectionable.

10Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the Host Wingman name, logo, website design, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Enhance Services, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without our prior written consent.

11Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HOST WINGMAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, background, licensing, identity, or work quality of any service provider listed on the Platform. You use the Platform and engage with other users at your own risk.

12Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENHANCE SERVICES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES ARRANGED OR PAID FOR THROUGH IT.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enhance Services, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your payment disputes, or your violation of these Terms.

14Termination

Host Wingman may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account through your account settings or by contacting us. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and payment obligations — will remain in effect.

15Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Enhance Services, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hostwingman@gmail.com or (512) 981-5669. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform and update the date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
