The STR industry needed a better connection
As a service provider working in the short-term rental space, finding consistent STR clients felt harder than it should have been. Hosts were out there — plenty of them — but there was no dedicated place where they could find and vet people like me.
General platforms weren't built for the pace of STR turnovers. Hosts needed someone reliable, fast, and familiar with the rhythm of back-to-back guests. Providers needed clients who understood the work. Neither side had a home base.
So we built one.
Host Wingman is the directory we wished existed — purpose-built for the short-term rental industry, where hosts can find vetted local pros and providers can build a real client base doing the work they're already great at.

I spent years working in the short-term rental space as a service provider. I was good at what I did — but finding consistent STR clients meant cold outreach, word of mouth, and a whole lot of hoping. There was no place built for people like me.
I kept hearing the same thing from hosts too. They'd scramble every time a cleaner fell through. They had no reliable way to find vetted, STR-savvy providers near their property. The problem was on both sides.
Host Wingman is my answer to that. A focused, simple directory that does one thing well — connects the right hosts with the right local providers. No noise, no platform fees, no nonsense.
