When you create an account or use Host Wingman, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password
• Profile & listing information: business name, service type, service area, photos, pricing, and description (providers)
• Payment information: billing details and transaction history, processed securely through our payment processor
• Communication data: messages exchanged between hosts and providers on the platform
• Usage data: pages visited, search queries, clicks, and time on platform
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs
• Location data: general location based on IP or the address you provide when searching

We use your information to operate and improve Host Wingman, including to:

• Create and manage your account
• Match hosts with nearby service providers
• Process payments and manage billing
• Facilitate communication between hosts and providers
• Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, payment receipts, account alerts)
• Send marketing and promotional messages you have consented to receive
• Detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse
• Improve platform features and comply with legal obligations

By creating an account on Host Wingman, you agree that Enhance Services, LLC may contact you via email and SMS/text message for the following purposes:

• Account verification and security alerts
• Notifications about new inquiries or messages from other users
• Booking-related updates and confirmations
• Payment receipts and billing notifications
• Platform announcements and service updates
• Promotional offers and marketing communications (with your consent)

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional or account-related communications.

Host Wingman processes payments directly on the platform. When you make or receive a payment, we collect and process your billing information through our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. All payment data is handled using industry-standard encryption and tokenization.

Your financial data is shared with our payment processor solely to complete transactions. We retain transaction records as required by applicable law and for dispute resolution purposes.

Host Wingman uses Stripe to process payments. By using our platform you agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms. Service providers (cleaners) who receive payments through the platform connect a Stripe Express account and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Host Wingman acts as the platform operator and does not store full card numbers or bank account details on its servers.

Cleaners get a 30-day free trial when they activate a listing on Host Wingman. No credit card required to start. After the trial, keeping a listing active requires a recurring $1.00 per week subscription fee charged to their card on file. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no cancellation fee, by contacting us at hostwingman@gmail.com. Upon cancellation the listing will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Hosts are charged for completed cleaning jobs through their saved payment method. A 7-day refund window applies after job completion. Refund requests outside this window will not be accepted. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Host Wingman after reviewing both parties.

Cleaners who earn $600 or more through the platform in a calendar year may receive a 1099-K tax form as required by US law. By connecting a Stripe Express account you agree to provide accurate tax identification information.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

• With other users: provider profile information is visible to browsing hosts; your contact details are only shared when you initiate direct contact
• With payment processors: billing and transaction data necessary to complete payments
• With service vendors: third parties who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery) under strict data processing agreements
• For legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Payment and transaction records may be retained longer as required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hostwingman@gmail.com or (512) 981-5669. We will respond within 30 days.

Host Wingman operates as a two-sided marketplace connecting hosts with cleaning service providers. By using the platform both parties agree to the following:

• Service fees: Host Wingman charges a platform fee on transactions processed through the platform. Current fee rates are disclosed at the time of booking.
• Cleaner listing fee: Service providers get a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, a $1.00 per week fee maintains an active listing; cancel anytime. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in listing deactivation.
• Job acceptance: Cleaners must have an active payout account (Stripe Connect) before accepting jobs. Hosts must have a valid payment method on file before posting jobs.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies are set by the platform and communicated at the time of booking. Host Wingman reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a host and cleaner, Host Wingman will review both sides and make a final determination within a reasonable timeframe. This decision is binding on both parties.
• Account termination: Host Wingman reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates platform rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or receives repeated complaints.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some functionality.

Host Wingman is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Host Wingman after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal data)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights
