When am I charged for a cleaning?

You are not charged when you post a job or accept a bid. Your card is charged automatically once the cleaner marks the job complete.

The cleaner is paid out as part of that process, and you keep a record of the booking in your dashboard. If something looks wrong with the cleaning, you can request a refund on the paid booking.
