How Host Wingman works for hosts

Host Wingman connects short-term rental hosts with local turnover cleaners. You describe the cleaning once, nearby cleaners bid, and you choose who to hire.

The short version

• Post a job with your address, property size, checkout time and any instructions.
• Local cleaners see the job and send their own price.
• Compare price, ratings, reviews and response times, and message cleaners with questions.
• Accept the bid you like. You are charged automatically when the cleaner marks the job complete, not before.
• Leave a review so the next host can see how it went.

What it costs

Posting jobs, browsing cleaners and messaging are free. When a job is completed you pay the cleaner’s price plus a 5% Host Wingman platform fee and Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30¢). The cleaner receives their full rate.
