How to compare cleaner bids

The lowest price is not always the best bid. Here is what to weigh.

What to compare

• Price against what the job involves (size, laundry, timing).
• Ratings and written reviews from other hosts.
• Experience and any credentials listed, such as insurance, bonding or a business license.
• How quickly and clearly the cleaner replied to your questions.

When a job has two or more bids, Host Wingman flags a best match and explains why. Treat it as a second opinion, not a rule. You can always pick a different bid.

Message a cleaner before you accept if you have questions about timing, supplies or access. Until a job is confirmed, phone numbers and payment-app requests are held back to protect both sides.
