How to post a cleaning job

A clear job post gets better bids faster. It takes a couple of minutes.

What to include

• The property address and size (bedrooms and bathrooms).
• The date, and your checkout and check-in times, so the cleaner knows the window.
• Access details such as a lockbox or smart lock, and where supplies and linens are kept.
• Laundry needs: whether linens are washed on site, swapped, or sent out.
• Anything unusual: pets, a hot tub, a long driveway, a tight turnaround.

Tips

• Be specific about the timing. “Checkout 11am, next guest 4pm” beats “same day”.
• Attach a checklist if you have one, so every cleaner works from the same standard.
