What the Licensed, Insured and Bonded badges mean

Cleaners can list whether they are licensed, insured or bonded. Hosts can compare cleaners on these badges.

Credentials are entered by the cleaner and are self-reported. Host Wingman does not independently verify them, so for a premium home it is reasonable to ask for proof of insurance before you book.

• Licensed: the cleaner reports holding a business license.
• Insured: the cleaner reports carrying liability insurance.
• Bonded: the cleaner reports being bonded.
