Cleaners can add after-clean photos when they finish a turnover. You can see the result without being on site.

If your job has a checklist, an AI check compares the photos with it and flags anything that looks off. It is a second pair of eyes, not a verdict, so always look at the photos yourself.

Photos also give cleaners a record if a question comes up later.
